The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady to firm with hens 
strongest, however, some spot unsettledness is noted for post-Thanksgiving needs.  
Demand light to moderate.  Fresh inquiry light to moderate.  Processor offerings of 
2019 frozen Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms very light to light with 8-16 b. 
hens sometimes short for pre-Thanksgiving needs.  Frozen 2019 Grade A basted 
equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 95.00-
103.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 95.00-103.00 cents FOB for current deliveries.  
Trading slow.  Frozen basted equivalent hens traded at 93.00-101.00 and 16-24 lb. 
toms at 96.00-98.00 cents FOB for current shipments.  

The market on tom breast meat is steady to sometimes weak with some not seeing the 
weakness on fresh others are, tenderloins and white trims steady.  Offerings of white 
meat and white trims light to moderate.  The market on Grade A 4-8 lb. breasts is 
generally steady.  The market on institutional sized bone-in breasts is steady with 
spot strength noted on 10-14 lb. sizes.  Demand light to moderate.  Offerings light.  
The market on tom bulk parts is steady to firm, mostly steady.  Demand light to 
moderate.  Offerings very light to moderate, mostly light.  The thigh meat market is 
steady with mixed undertones.  Demand and offerings light to moderate.  The 
mechanically separated turkey (MST) market is steady.  Demand and offerings light to 
moderate.  Trading slow to moderate centering on tom necks and fresh MST.
